These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PayoutLab ("the Service"), operated by PayoutLab ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using PayoutLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

PayoutLab is a software platform designed to help funded futures traders track payout eligibility, manage accounts, and analyze trading performance. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PayoutLab.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@payoutlab.io. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

• PayoutLab is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

4. Third-Party Integrations

PayoutLab may connect to third-party trading platforms (such as Tradovate and Rithmic) via API or OAuth authorization. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize PayoutLab to access data from that account as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of third-party platforms.

5. Data Accuracy

PayoutLab displays information based on data you provide or that is synced from connected accounts. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prop firm rules, payout schedules, or compliance calculations. Always verify payout eligibility directly with your prop firm before requesting a withdrawal. PayoutLab is a tracking tool, not financial advice.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on PayoutLab constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All information is provided for informational and tracking purposes only. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PayoutLab — including but not limited to design, code, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of PayoutLab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform
• Use the Service to manipulate or circumvent prop firm rules
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayoutLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, missed payouts, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@payoutlab.io.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PayoutLab after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
